unauthorized people in or around the stable area.

children in stable area without a supervisory adult.

| No
children under 18 years of age on horses without a minor’s consent form
signed by parent.

| No
one is to ride a horse without a signed waiver, proof they are experienced
riders and understand the dangers involved.
|
| Boots
or shoes with heels are required for riding horses.
|
| Working
areas must be kept clean and orderly; this includes the proper usage of
manure and trash receptacles.
|
| No
alterations to the exterior of the tack room.
|
| All
hay should be stored in pre-assigned areas.
|
| All
vehicles and rigs should be parked in pre-assigned areas.
Vehicles are not permitted to drive on the grass other than the
parking area except when loading and unloading large amounts of equipment.
|
| Wash
horses on the grass when possible to help water the grass.
|
| No
cooking in tack rooms (although coffee makers and small refrigerators are
permitted). Please note that
there is a small monthly charge for refrigerators.
|
| All
bills MUST
BE PAID IN ADVANCE. No transfers or refunds are permitted.
|
| Living
in tack rooms is not allowed.
|
| Paddocks
and corrals must be cleaned DAILY or a person will be hired at
owner’s expense.
|
| Smokers:
Use proper containers for cigarette butts.
Be fire conscious.
|
| Please
help … if you see trash, please don’t walk by it.
Pick it up and discard it properly.
|
| Plants
will be furnished for display to beautify your tack room.
Please water them as they need it.
|
| The
manager of the ranch MUST have a key to all tack rooms in case of an
emergency.
|
| Management
must approve all dogs. All dog
manure must be collected.
|
